An alumna of Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Business Administration, she harnesses over two decades of experience spanning commercial real estate, development, and construction. In 2020, Stephanie went on to obtain her Class A CBC Contractors license.

Additionally, her exclusive partnership with Ferguson Enterprises distinguishes her as the sole distributor of their products in various markets throughout the East Coast.
