An alumna of Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Business Administration, she brings over two decades of experience spanning commercial real estate, development, and construction. In 2020, she earned her Class A CBC Contractors License, further solidifying her expertise. Stephanie’s entrepreneurial prowess is evident in her strategic planning abilities, which have consistently driven sustainable business growth. She continuously refines Ada’s internal processes by harnessing technology and empowering a high-performing team. Her partnership with Ferguson Enterprises distinguishes her as a trusted distributor of their products in markets across the country.

Renowned for her expertise in stakeholder relations, contract negotiation, and project management, Stephanie also shines in creative problem-solving and sales.
